Major update to mailing list

I just ran the job that added all SAGE members for whom we had e-mail
addresses to the SAGE mailing list. I tried not to subscribe people
who were on the mailing list already, but programs are only so smart
about these things, and if you were subscribed to the mailing list at
one address, and put a different one on your SAGE membership form, you
are now subscribed at both addresses. I apologize. Send mail to
"majordomousenix.org" with "unsubscribe sage address-you-don't-want"
in the body of the message, and "address-you-don't-want" will be
unsubscribed.
