Announcements for local group events on SAGE mailing lists



In response to a number of inquiries, the SAGE board decided at the
March 14th board meeting to accept postings of announcements for system
administration local group (e.g., BayLISA, BackBayLISA, $GROUPNAME, etc.)
events on the sage-announce and sage-locals mailing lists.  We ask, however,
that such announcements *not* be posted to the sage-members mailing list.
