	There is a mailing list (currently quite inactive) called 
sage-localsusenix.org, where folks like me (I started EnglishBayLISA in 
Vancouver Canada last year, along with a bunch of other folks) will be glad to 
give you suggestions on how to start up a local LISA like chapter. The folks 
from BayLISA, BackBayLISA, $Groupname and more I have forgotten are all on that 
list. I expect there will also be a BOF on local LISA groups at the upcoming
LISA conference in San Diago if you are going to be there.
