I use tpage because... oh wait, I wrote it.

The old version doesn't need a makefile because it assumes you have
a make that is smart enough to do foo.c -> foo.o -> foo just given
"make foo".  The newer versions do have a Makefile.

I haven't done much with the code.  Someone needs to grab it, merge
in any patches and re-package it so that it is easier to install.
I might do it myself if I get out from under my pile of todo items.
