Hey, Say i am a foreigner, and i want to get emlpooyed in other country, and
 say, all the paper things are just fine, how could i get registred in
 such firm? and how the process of "getting checked" is going on? Well
here in former USSR we just don't have such things, so my question may sound
 strange to you.. anyway
