Cell Phones and Pagers

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is kosher (it isn't terribly related to UNIX), but I
have a series of problems that I need to resolve with my companies Cell
Phones, Pagers, and other Telecom/Phone related stuff.

Any ideas on good reference areas?  I've dealt with the local telco and
local vendors (IL) but I get the feeling they are often as clueless as I
(or worse).

I supremely appreciate any suggestions this list provides.
