Re: SAGE, certification, and you



Being a new member, .... :)

I joined SAGE to gain knowledge in sysadmin tasks that I do not normally 
have to do.

There is so much to a unix system, and I generally only have to learn the 
parts that don't work right.   What about the other 80% that I do not see?

I would very much like a structured certification program.  I can teach 
myself what I am missing, but it is hard to judge what is more important 
[task-wise], or in what order.

I have experience in unix, but mainly from a networking stance.  I am 
sure there is a lot more out there besides OpenView :)
