	I believe that both Citrix and Insignia have obtained source code to
MS operating systems in order to make their multi-user NT and 3.1/95 emulation
products.  I suspect it isn't the money.  It is whether it is in the interests
of MS to do so.  If they see a business case for working with a third party to
develop a particular product and providing them source code is required
they'll do it.  However, their source code will never be on a price list at
any price.
