I've been behind this one for a long time, and would like to see it happen.
I agree with you, though, that getting it underway will be a job.

I think that the new mentor's program getting started (you'll hear more
about this during the next year) may be the first step.  It won't be a
complete apprenticeship program, but at least it's a start.  Maybe we can
get you to help us build from there!
