c.f. my previous answer to Bill.  I suspect most people are going to
be more worried about their future employment than whether or not they
are members of SAGE.  Hal, regardless of your plans for using
certification in your hiring decisions, less astute hiring folks are
going to use such a certificate as an absolute standard.
