*If* this should ever be proposed (and I realize it hasn't been yet
;-) ) I would argue vehemently against it. If there's one thing recent
recruiting experience has taught me, it's that the "amount of work
experience" is not directly correlated with how good someone will
actually be on the job.

Kind of like how many of us seem to view those other certificates
that people can already get ... :-}
