I'm not sure if it would help you, but my brother has compiled a page on
content management software. I have not gone through it very much at all,
but perhaps some of the papers or products listed there could offer you some
insight on the product you are looking for. Personally, I'm not sure such an
animal exists yet, but I agree that a product with your specifications would
be very useful.  Posting to the list, in case the information would be of
value to others...
