They're around.  A local radio station was discussing them this weekend.
I don't remember the names, but there will be a link at one of
www.{wtop,wtop2,wtopnews}.com.  They're said to be expensive.

There was also an article in a not-too-long-ago issue of Linux Journal.
[OK, so ALL issues of LJ are not too long ago ... ;-)]
