There's a fair amount of interest and a number of custom models, but no one
sells them off the shelf in the config you want by the sound of it. Still,
one can get relatively small computers, and a twiddler (chording keyboard),
and that just leaves the display, of which there are vartious options (none
that I've been happy with myself, but they are getting there).
MIT has been doing a lot of work, see

site (which has some very useful links and faqs)
There's also a mailing list, wear-hard@haven.org which may be able to help you
better.
