How to setup SSH+Telent on Linux?

I want to get SSH Telnet finaly going on my Linux server, but cannot
find any relavent how-to from http://howto.tucows.com/

Does anyone have a guide for this or can they point be to some URLs or a
part issue of Login covering this?
