[SAGE] here's a ksh sample program tutorial

Howdy folks,

For those people interested in shell scripting, I added a new page to my
ksh tutorial site, which shows different versions of the same potentially
simple task. They range from a two-line no-brainer, to full paranoia.
Hopefully, all but veteran shellscripters will find something of interest
in the page.
