I know you're not in the US, and that may change the picture somewhat,
but I thought I'd pipe in here with the statement that I've had
nothing but competent, quick, and courteous interactions with everyone
I've talked to at Cyclades, most often their midwest US sales manager.
Personally, I find that their documentation's assumption that I'm a
Linux geek much more annoying than anything else, and even that I can
quite easily live with.
