[SAGE] Cfengine error with cfagent

: ioctl: Cannot allocate memory


This is a Red Hat AS3. The same binary works on my other AS3 systems.
The only change I can think of are some kernel parameters that were
changed for DB2 (from sysctl.conf):

kernel.msgmni = 1024
kernel.sem = 250     256000   32      1024

Has anyone experienced this or know what the cause might be?
